- All refund policies are set per manufacturer Returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis- Kitchenislandpros.com will do our best, by providing great customer service. We will assist you in this process as much as possible.
Returns Overview
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns will be shipped at the cost of the customer. Returns / Remorse returns will incur a Restocking fee up to 35% when applicable.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways), will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (Where applicable No cash refund will be offered Exchange or credit only.)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be funded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Return shipping costs still apply for all exchanges and will automatically be deducted from the refund amount. All Exchange/Replacements are final sale.
Cancellations:
Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 15% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.
